The quoting department offers support for a wide variety of requests including special item quotes, project price reviews, and full project build-ups. Each type of quote request includes a specific form that needs to be filled out in its entirety and sent to quotes@revivehb.com along with any necessary information such as item drawings, floor plans, elevations, or accessory specifications.
Complexity, provided details, response availability for factory questions, and research requirements will affect the average fulfillment time required for each type of quote request.

Special Item
The special item request form needs to be used for all non-standard, specialty items such as, but not limited to: custom finishes, custom hoods, custom moldings, non-standard wood species, non-catalog accessories, specialty cabinets, custom door styles, and customized style options.
Each special item will receive an item code from quotes that you will enter into your OOE project along with the quoted price.
Average Fulfillment: 2-3 business days.
Price Review
Price reviews are intended to help ensure reliable profitability when a sold client project is being finalized and an order is expected to follow. The quoting department reviews existing project build-ups, checking for price accuracy and completeness of style options, products, and modification information.
Average Fulfillment: 2-3 business days for small to medium-sized projects and up to 7 business days for larger requests, such as multi-room projects.
The quoting department will review your form and attached materials to determine if the correct form was used and will contact you if a different form is needed. You will also be contacted if the size of the quote may take longer than the approximated average fulfillment time stated at the top of each form.
