You have spent months designing the perfect kitchen and officially place your order. Unfortunately, you realize after placing your order that you need to change the hinge direction on one of your cabinets. What do you do now?

We have created a form that will help you with this type of situation. All changes made to your project after it has been officially ordered must be submitted to Grabill with a  Change_Order_Request_Form_V1.3 form and sent to orders@revivehb.com. Changes will be reviewed by Grabill to determine the level of impact on processing the order.

Minor changes may be made within 24 hours of when the job status is officially changed to “Ordered” at no additional charge. However, major changes during the layout process, and after sign-off, may result in additional charges.
