The Art of Living

This kitchen strikes a sophisticated balance between traditional architecture and a bright, airy modern aesthetic. Featuring white, inset Shaker-style cabinets, it feels more like high-end furniture than just kitchen storage. Small details like decorative barrel hinges, a decorative valence, and bypass glass doors complete the space. The butler’s pantry and wine cabinet are crafted from gorgeous rift cut white oak. Blending functionality with an inviting warmth, the cabinets enhance the room’s modern farmhouse character. That same stain wraps the range and hood in a beautiful framing element, as well as providing an anchor point in the kitchen island. Finally, with matching built-ins for the living space, this project uses open shelving and panelling to effortlessly blend elegance and comfort.
